What to expect

If you think I might be the counsellor for you, call or email me to see if there is a mutually convenient time for us to meet.

At a first appointment, we will talk about what you are struggling with that brings you to counselling as well as what your hopes and expectations for counselling might be.

At the end of the first session, we can discuss whether or not you think it would be helpful to come again. Some people find that a small number of sessions is enough for them, others like to come for many more.

If you decide that you would like to continue, we would meet once a week, generally at the same time, for 50 minutes at time.
